Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping We currently ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping to international destinations — stay tuned!
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
