What is your return policy?

All sales are final, as each piece is carefully fulfilled to order. However, if something arrives that isn't right — wrong size, wrong color, or not what you ordered — please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with store credit. Reach us at contactsupport@gevalli.shop, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (excluding weekends and holidays).

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 11–15 business days (weekends are not included in business day calculations). Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, your order may already be in fulfillment. Please contact us as soon as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more at checkout.

Are your products true to size?
